1Keep useful pages

Manager pages that receive traffic stay prominent: Start, Sources, Reliability, Authority, Pipeline, Status.

2Remove clutter

Pages with no usage or unclear role get hidden, merged, or rewritten into a shorter manager workflow.

3Spot training gaps

If source owners do not open the right page, the SOP is unclear or the link is not visible enough.

4Do not publish KPIs from GA

GA4 is usage telemetry only. Signed operating records remain the authority for production, claim, quality, and board numbers.
